Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume, product launches, or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders of $30 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the order has been processed, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at fishsandspawn@gmail.com.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, contact us and we will help you investigate the shipment with the carrier.

SandSpawn is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist you if a delivery issue occurs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at fishsandspawn@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates, when offered, will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
